How can concerned Clear Lake City residents and their friends help?

  • Write letters to Exxon, City Council, the Mayor, and State Legislators
    Click for addresses and suggestions on how to effectively communicate your concerns

  • Sign our petition! (...if you haven't already signed one!)
    • Print a copy of the petition form:
    • Fill out and sign the form. (Anyone 18 or older may sign.)
    • Fax the completed form to Bob Savely at 281-488-8673, or mail to Jim Ruhnke, 16106 Seahorse Dr., Houston, TX 77062-6219.

  • Volunteer for committee work
    We are especially looking for the following skills / professional expertise:
    • Real estate law, especially land use restrictions
    • Paralegal
    • Title search (esp. in Harris County)
    • Civil engineer / hydrologist
