Who's in favor of keeping the golf course a golf course or some other sort of green space?

Well, certainly the neighborhood residents are! Primarily as a result of the letter writing campaign and petition drive, the voice of the community has been heard loud and clear by RGG, ExxonMobil, local organizations, and our federal, state, and local elected officials. Included below are a number of written statements that have been received by the green space committee and local residents regarding this issue. (While not all of the statements necessarily indicate direct support for keeping the golf course, all of them acknowledge the importance of involving the community before taking steps to do away with it.)
